This album reflects the calm wisdom of these people amidst the mayhem of a densely populated area. It will take you on a journey through the meditative feeling of Indian music blended with subtle atmospheric sounds. The CD also feature a couple of bonus tracks that were not used in the documentary.

This music was written with Olivier Rittener, a guardian of the disappearing instrument the sarangi and the vichitra veena. Stephane Montangero performs the tablas after a twenty years of learning from the great masters of Calcutta and Sujay Bobade, an outstanding Indian bansuri (flute) player.

Daniel Symons aka Dymons recorded, arranged and mixed all of these adding in his synth wizardry and programming. Also melding in some of his field recordings gathered on his own pilgrimages to India. This production was created in his “Alchemy Studios” in Switzerland.
